[Summary] The use of nuclear and mass destruction weapons against non-Muslims is contrary to the teaching of sharia. The possession of nuclear weapons has to be distinguished from its use. Possession may be legal. Use is not recommended. The decision of war and use of weapons is under state responsibility. The use of nuclear weapons by non-state actors is an infringement on state sovereignty and a violation of international Law.
