Wearing jeans and shirt is against Shariah as it is commonly worn by fasiq (immoral) people and exposes the body structure. It is makrooh (undesirable) for men also, while it is highly undesirable for women. According to the hadith of the Prophet those women who adopt the resemblance of men are cursed.
