What is the ruling on eating cheese? I heard on television that eating cheese is reprehensible [in Islamic law].

It is permissible to eat cheese although it is reprehensible unless it is eaten with walnuts.

ما حكم الجبن؟ حیث اني سمعت في التلفاز ان اكل الجبن مكروه ؟ یجوز اكله وقيل بكراهته الا مع الجوز.
