Is it permissible to consider as a Muslim any person who believes that there is not God but God and Muhammad is his prophet and follows one of the eight Islamic schools (Maliki, Shafii, Hanbali, Hanafi, Jafari, Zaydi, Ibadyya, and Aldhahirya)?

Any person who believes in the existence of God and in Muhammad is his last prophet and in the Day of Judgment is initially a Muslim except if he shows the opposite. Following one of the Islamic schools either Sunni or Shiite is not related to the belief of the person...
