Ayatollah al-Fayyad responds to the query: Is anyone who follows one of the schools of legal thought (Maliki, Hanbali, Shafi, Hanafi, Zaydi, Ibadhya and Jafari) considered a Muslim?

Yes, everyone who believes there is no God but God and Muhammed is his prophet and follows one of the schools mentioned in the question is a Muslim. Therefore, no one has the right to declare a Muslims apostate no matter which school this Muslim follows.
